Our Commitment
At Sparkle Dry Cleaners (Spar Limited), our Human Rights & Labour Practices Policy commits us to the UN “Protect, Respect and Remedy” framework and the UN Guiding Principles, with directors and senior management accountable for risk oversight and remediation. We uphold non-discrimination, safe workplaces, fair wages, no child or forced labour, freedom of association, and a zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery—backed by supplier requirements and a defined reporting/whistleblowing process under our ISO-guided QMS.
Our director-approved Environmental Policy commits us to manage impacts across energy, water, materials, chemicals and waste; set measurable objectives; train staff; monitor KPIs; comply with legislation; engage suppliers; communicate transparently; and mitigate climate change through efficiency and renewable energy. In practice, we purchase eco-friendly products, embed sustainability into plant upgrades, continually assess energy use, and use lower-temperature processes to reduce consumption.
