About Us

Sparkle has been in business for over 50 years, initially as a High Street retail Laundry and Dry Cleaner but after acquisition by the current shareholders, Nicholas Burnton and the late Alan Cole, they recognised in 2000 the need to provide for a premium service to 5 Star Hotels and over the past two decades Sparkle established itself to be at the forefront in the Hotel Dry Cleaning and Laundry service.

Our Clientele

Sparkle partners with over 50 hotels, ranging from boutique establishments to international brands throughout the Auckland region. We excel at same day collections and returns, allowing hotels to minimise uniform inventory while ensuring prompt and reliable valet services for their guests. Our trusted partnerships also extend to leading government sectors and renowned luxury brands across Auckland.

Environmentally Friendly

We always ensure that our practices are as environmentally friendly as possible. The use of computer controlled chemical supply pumps, water re-cycling, rainwater collection and heat exchangers contribute to reducing the impact on the environment. Plastic wrappings and hangers have all been replaced and our delivery vehicles are hybrid electric vans. Sparkle has committed to Accor’s Planet 21 Sustainable Development Programme, Through that, we have been awarded an ECOVADIS silver medal placing us in the top 30% of our industry worldwide, and working towards improving this each year!
